Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that items held in your cart are not reserved until payment is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on location, product availability, and the chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors, such as customs processing, holidays, or weather-related disruptions.

Worldwide shipping from Finland. Order is sent within 7-14 business days, and the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. However, please note that these shipping times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times if necessary.

Prints are made on demand and shipped by Printful within 2-20 days. They are shipped rolled up and do not include a frame.

SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. Please be aware that any customs duties or additional fees incurred at your country’s border are the responsibility of the buyer. LIISA TUULIKKI is not responsible for any customs charges or extra fees your country may impose.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES 

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, failure to pick it up, or unpaid customs fees, and the buyer still wishes to receive the order, they are responsible for the cost of both the return and re-shipping. These are subject to an additional 25.5% VAT unless the buyer is located outside of EU. If the buyer chooses to not have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only, excluding the original shipping cost.
