Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact liisa@liisatuulikki.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We cover return and exchange shipping costs for defective items or errors in fulfillment. If the product is as ordered but you wish to return it for other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so I can resolve the issue.

EXCEPTIONS

Gift cards and custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective. 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

REFUNDS

Once we receive, inspect and approve your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact liisa@liisatuulikki.com.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, failure to pick it up, or unpaid customs fees, and the buyer still wishes to receive the order, they are responsible for the cost of both the return and re-shipping. These are subject to an additional 25.5% VAT unless the buyer is located outside of EU. If the buyer chooses to not have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only, excluding the original shipping cost.
